SALES METRICS
Now that you have setup your Sales Metric Targets as described in "Your Sales Goals", you can see how each member of your sales team is doing on his or her sales activity.
They will need to enter the number of dials, connects, and key connects they made that day. DiamondTip will automatically provide the number of appointments set by a given sale rep by extracting that data from the built-in Event record in the CRM.
You can now look at how each of your rep is doing against the weekly targets set for that rep. DiamondTip automatically shows you the gap in red where they are negative. Where your reps have met or exceeded their call metrics, you will see their numbers in green.
You can also see ten (10) week trends for each sales rep so that you can see if they are improving and if you need to work with a particular rep to help him or her improve sales productivity.
ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP
If you assign a Sales role to a member, then that member can only see Accounts and Contacts that he or she owns. Additionally, that member can see Pipeline on only the accounts that he or she owns.
If you assign a Marketing & Sales Exec role or Super Admin role, then that member can see all the accounts and Pipeline reports on all of the accounts.
TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP
Since Execs and Super Admins can see all accounts, they also have
the power to transfer accounts from one rep to another. In this way,
you can keep distribution of accounts even between your team members,
or give more accounts to your more productive members.
