Build Targeted Private Communities

DiamondTip sites are ideal for building communities where privacy is important, such as sites dedicated to key customers or donors, Board of Advisors, sites for just your staff, sites for projects where you collaborate with other organizations, and so on.

Dedicate a Site to a Specific Purpose for Maximum Effectiveness

DiamondTip ensures that your communities are private by default--i.e. people have to be invited to create and share content within that community.

Therefore, DiamondTip sites are ideal for building communities where privacy is important. Some examples are sites dedicated to key customers or donors, Board of Advisors, sites for just your staff, sites for projects where you collaborate with other organizations, and so on.

All of these examples have private matter such as announcements, discussions, scheduled events, photos, profiles, messages, and tasks you may not wish non-members to gain access to.

Since you can create unlimited number of sites, and be a member of unlimited number of sites, you can create purpose-specific sites as you need and invite members into these.

In some cases, the same people might be invited in one or more sites: for example, another staff member may also be invited into the site for Board of Advisors, and for Key Customers, because she provides information that is needed in both sites.

One special use of private DiamondTip sites is to organize sports activities for children, if you happen to be among the many million entrepreneurs who are also parents. As an entrepreneur, you are basically working seven days a week, mixing your business chores with household chores to optimize your available time.

Parents of young children typically have one child or another enrolled in some sport, music, or art activity. There are many calendars to keep track of and DiamondTip sites make it significantly easier to build a community around an activity, invite all the other parents into it, and easily share practice and game times, as well as announcements, photos, and more-all in complete privacy.

MEMBER ROLES

What a member can do within a given DiamondTip site depends on what role that member has been assigned. The creator of a site is automatically assigned a Super Admin role. This super admin can invite others and assign them roles such as Super Admin, Executive, Marketing, Sales, or just Standard Member role.

Each one of the above provides additional tools that confer specific privileges. For example, users with Marketing roles can invite other members, create email campaigns and so on. Users with Sales roles can use the CRM. Executives have access to both the Marketing and Sales tools. Standard members don't have access to any of these tools, but can add photos, participate in discussions, and create profiles, in addition to viewing articles, blogs and events published by those with marketing roles.

DiamondTip not only gives you the ability to create communities, but also the ability to choose whom you will give additional privileges to help you run and grow this community.
